The design bureau Scott Brownrigg, which includes the “mantra ” of hard rock, which includes the selection of memorabilia, works of art, installations and texts of global brands, was commissioned to complete the Hard Rock Hotel London with 900 rooms. The design team, led by Kate Jarrett, senior designer and hotel designer under the age of 30, not only designed quirky, avant-garde rooms, but also created London’s newest instagrammable bar, which acts as an inviting cocoon of the rest of the city.
The Monkey Bar-Monkey Island Estate
Monkey Island Estate is located in Bray-on-Thames. The island with its fascinating history, which dates back 800 years, was the meeting place of monks, monarchs, aristocrats and writers. Visitors from London and beyond are transported to their own private country getaway steeped in stylish, laid-back opulence. Designed by the award–winning Champalimaud with its beautiful garden terrace, the Monkey Bar is elegant, modern and relaxed – just like the rest of the hotel.

The hotel’s 50-seat café-bar, designed by JSJ Design, required extensive structural work to open up the space and make it more accessible to guests and local customers. The interior design combines bold teal, woodwork, glass and brass, maximizing light and space.
45 Park Lane
While the world only knows too much about the iconic bar at the Dorchester, her younger brother, 45 Park Lane, right next door, is the contemporary answer to opulence in the city. The hotel’s modern and chic bar, which serves London’s best negronis, is described as: “the living beacon of contemporary culture in a opulence hotel.”It’s an invigorating mix of art and historic architecture in the heart of classic London.
InterContinental London Park Avenue
Once again, RPW Design meets London’s iconic green Park Lane again. The latest renovation of the rooms and the master suite on InterContinental Park Lane by the design bureau completes the work of Studio David Collins at the hotel restaurant Ella canta.
Hotel Café Royal London
Designed by Piero Lissoni and Atelier 27, the new F&B rooms at Cafe Royal London are contemporary and timeless. The cocktail menu of the Green Bar is an invitation to explore the taste over the centuries, divided into four eras that span over 100 years. The masculine interiors with emerald shades create a dark and moody atmosphere to complement the cocktails served.
